According to Hindu mythology God has created every individual.He sees fun in looking at every individual's life.The world is a stage and we are all the actors upon it.

According to the Bible we are here to praise God and be happy. We were given a beautiful earth with great diversity and all of the senses to enjoy it to the full. If Adam hadn't chosen Eve over God, we would already be enjoying it all, but as it is, we have had a long detour to endure. Soon, however, Jesus Christ, as the princely ruler of God's Kingdom government, will restore all things so we can continue with the "real life" that God intended for us all.

What else could be the purpose ?
Knowing each other, knowing each other's culture, customs, religion, civilisation, places, people, their views, etc is the purpose.
That is, getting knowledge of every thing which the God has created.
This will help us understand each other, which the world is forgetting.
If we just do it, PEACE will prevail.

There is only one presence in this world. We call it God. God wanted to experience (see) himself/herself. If we want to see ourselves, we look into the mirror. Instead of looking into the mirror, He created his mirror images, which are human beings. When as human beings we realise the presence of God in ourselves and others. we have realised the purpose of living.
