See the label on the cream's container. If it is a well-known company, they are likely to have a website address given there. Even if they haven't given one, type the company's name in Yahoo or Google search and you might come across their website.
Go to their website, see the Home and Site map given there. Good companies also have an option called 'Contact Us' in which you can type your complaint with full particulars of your experience.
Responsible companies do take action but many companies do not. If you don't get a reply in a reasonable time, send another reminder. If there is still no response, check with your local consumer forum if they would take up the matter on your behalf. If they are willing, then send them a written complaint enclosing the product that did not live up to its claim, and don't forget to attach the invoice you got. If you don't have the invoice, tell the name of the shop you got the product from, its cost and purchase date.
Sometimes, spurious products are sold in the market, and it is possible that yours is one such. Making a complaint does help in tracing people behind such products.

Possible its just your bodies reaction to something in it. Take it back to store for refund if you saved the receipt. Tell them you had an adverse reaction to it.

Find the website to that company and complain.

Did you follow the instructions? Did it need shaken up 1st? Don't buy beauty products marked down in clearance! Unless you know its last years colors being closed out. Some are past the exiration date or near it. Watch for the expiration date.

You may have used to much! Some products need to be tested with just a dab of it on your jawline area, below the cheekbone or back of you hand. Especially you had reactions or are chemical sensitive.
