Gnu Image Manipulation Program, or GIMP is open source and free. It's actually a lot better than Photoslop.

I think that you should use gimp as this is a really good software to use and its open source. Some people would go as far to say that it was better than photoshop.

if your looking for something other than photo shop because of the price goto http://xtremware.t35.com and get photoshop for free but if you just dont like photoshop i would goto www.getpaint.net it is a free program and it is awesome.

u can try a software called "irfanview" or u could use a torrent to get urself a pirated version of photoshop
