Try to be exposed in the sun and free air spaces. air conditioning causes that oftenly. also use baby wash with chamomile and avoid heavy make up. Ahomemade scrub for all over made by crystallic sugar and olive oil would do miracles. After scrubing, rince with lucwarm water and tap gently with a clean towel. Don't remove all the oil, leave some to cure the skin. If your skin is super sensitive add some chamomille powder(from te tea bags) in the mixture and then apply.
