Have some outdoor activies with your friends. Maybe you can go for a jogging or shopping. Just keep walking.

I watched a documentary once detailing how Sumo wrestlers maintained their massive bodies.
Simply stated, they were allowed to eat anything they wanted just before going to bed at night, and they loved fast food. Tons of it.
This was coined the Sumo diet.
You must remember, that as big as these men are, they are very athletic as well.

There are many items that you can find in health food stores like GNC that will help you gain weight as well without the gym.

Use Jenny Craig, Have you seen Kristy Alley? She used that and has lossed around 80 pds. I watched a program about her and she said she really had used Jenny Craig, you also might need to walk or use a tread mill, to firm up, depending on how much weight you need to loose, Good Luck
