I know exactly how you feel, ive been skating for over a year, and for the first three months kickflips pissed me off so much.
why dont you try going to the trick tips section of this site.
skateboarding.com
If you really wanna learn your kickflips, i would work on ollieing over a deck first. The more height you have in your ollie, the easier it will be to kickflip. I was able to ollie two decks before i learned to kickflip.
also remember that when you kick out for the flip of the kickflip, dont just push your front foot straight down, otherwise it will be harder for you to land it because your foot will end up underneath the board.
By watching these trick tip videos, or getting advise might help you kickflip, but it wont make you land them perfectly. The biggest thing you need to know about skating is PRACTICE!
The more you do the trick, the easier it gets, pretty soon, after you land it, you'll be able to land it every time.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

some people are naturals at flip tricks and most of us suck at them and need practice. I know I can do a kickflip very well but a heelflip sucks I need to keep practicing it or i'll forget it. If you ollie good like you say you do practice the kickflip, I think it's the easiest of them all to start with or do 50-50 grinds. The other guy explained it good, stay centered (don't lean) and your board won't fly all over the place.
If you want to try the heelflip do this, ride the board like you would when doing an ollie. The pop is done just like with an ollie, except that right after you pop the board into the air, you need to kick the heel of your front foot forward. Once your front foot leaves the skateboard, point the toes of your front foot up in the air, and kick your front foot forward, out in front of you. You want to be flicking the edge of the skateboard with your heel. This is, of course, why it's called a heelflip, make sure your feet stay out of the way so it flips and stay level. Once the skateboard has spun around completely one time, put your back foot on it to catch it. This means that you'll need to be watching your skateboard, to see when it has made one complete flip. This can be tricky, keep practicing, land it and roll away.
good luck and have fun, it can get frustrating just keep trying and you'll get them and once you do it's awesome.

i have been skating for 4 years, have finished first in 3 competitions and am sponsored by a local skateshop, ill try to explane this. for a kickflip, you set your back foot in the ollie position, and your front foot in the position you would for a ollie except you should hang you heel over the heel side of the board a little bit with your foot angled at about 50 degrees with your board.now, pop an ollie and a split second after you pop it, kick your front foot out. if you have your front foot at the right angle, your foot should scrape along the bolts, when you kck your fornt foot, and the board starts spining under you, you gotta suck your legs up so they dont get in the way of the board. once you see your board starting to come around, start letting your feet down, land on the bolts with all four wheels coming down at the same time as much as possible. and there is you kick flip. good luck!
