I guess so, your heart could be pure and untouched as in never having loved, or you could be literally pure and untouched(AKA a virgin). I guess that's the only two there really are, but maybe if you asked someone a little smarter(hehe) they might have more answers.

Pure & untouched in the sexual/physical sense and maybe emotionally this person has never been "touched" by anyone ie he has never been in love.

Girl, I got lost reading that question, but I've known some people who weren't pure and weren't touched, and I've gotten some pretty pure touches. And pure is boring. Water is pure, Koolaid isn't, and which one tastes better? Just don't touch Koolaid because you'll get sticky fingers.
