I didn't read your boyfriends question on Q&A but is he unhappy with his monobrow? Or are you unhappy with his monobrow that he feels he has to do something about it?
I think some men look quite sexy with bushy eyebrows... there are some famous people who had or have monobrows.

I don't think you should threaten him or hold him to ransom as it is just him at the end of the day. He may feel happy and secure about it.
Tell him to just try it out once and in return, you will also wax your privates. I bet that will get him doing it in minutes.

What's wrong with a monobrow? Look at Ernie from Sesame Street; he's happy with a monobrow.
My wife made me pluck my monobrow for our wedding.. made me look a bit funny..

Tell him to shave it when he shaves . I do it all the time. Theres nothing worse then having one eyebrow.
