What is the optimum wieght formula to girls?

i mean 70kg for girls always seem to be fat.. i want to ask about the optimum wieght for a girl between 150cm-165cm?

is there a certain formula for girls wieght?

Actually, 70kg is not overweight for a girl who is 5ft6 or over.

This all depends on how old and tall you are. Go to google and search for "Weight for Girls". Then you will find the average you are looking for.
