This is a sad problem. You've been reading popular health articles, and they're mostly pretty useless.

At this point, despite the fact that we're getting pretty good at controlling tumor growth and curing cancer altogether, nobody quite knows how cancer works--that is, just how certain chemicals will initiate tumors in humans. The stuff you've been reading all comes from researchers who look through piles of old medical records. They check to see what someone died of, and then they look to see how they lived their lives, and then try to connect their job or ancestry or other factors to the fact that they ultimately came down with some sort of cancer.

For example, though we know quite well that people who smoke have a tendency to contract lung cancer, we don't know just why that is. Moreover, there are a great many people who smoke like chimneys and die at an old age of something else. We don't know why.

We also don't know why cancer will undergo complete remission--it just stops, disappears, and that's it--you die of something else. We don't know why it spontaneously appears in some kids and young people.

The problem is that people always like to read medical articles, and thus it's always tempting to come up with the odd fact or two that will seem to link cancer in children with wide-screen TV sets. (I'll have to write one just like that this afternoon...)

As to the particular substances and devices you mention in your question, the best answer is no: microwaves, underwear, MSG, food preservatives, and anti-perspirants aren't considered carcinogenic.

Microwaves dissipate very quicky as your distance from the microwave increases. "Inasmuch because the significance for humans of repeated publicity to low phases of microwave radiation remains to be unclear, there's sufficient proof to warrant targeted commonsense precautions: keep at least an arm's length faraway from an working microwave oven do not operate an oven when it is empty don't operate an oven if the door is not going to shut accurately or is by any means damaged by no means tamper with the defense interlock switches or the fuse" Hope this helps With sort regards David aspect

If you go around worrying about everything you put in/on your body -- you'll die of stress. Even people who eat the best foods, exercise still get cancer. Live the best life you can with the money you have and move on. Even our air is dirty but we can't stop breathing.
