I'm sure you gained confidence from it. Getting rejected is the fear that holds most people back from making the first move. Now that you've had that happen and the world didn't end you will be more comfortable doing it in the future without that fear. Good for you!

You were probably thinking what if? and worrying about this. Now it is over. You have an answer. No more worry about this guy. Congratulations for making a move and finding out the truth. That takes a lot of courage.

I have no idea. Why did you ask him out in the first place? Are you getting off on rejection? Or are you just pleased because he doesn't like forward ladies?

You're compensating for the rejection. You're hurt by it and don't want to accept that fact. It's a part of having high self esteem which is good and you should stay that way.

i guess you are relieved from the burden and questioning if the guy likes you and if he would accept your invitation to go out. if you never stepped out to take the courage to ask, you will still be in the unknown and we humans usually want to know with some certainty what would be the outcome! way to go! :)

its alright. if you were mature about it and it wasnt a huge deal then you shouldnt make it a huge deal! and thats eactaly what you are not doing. and its something that you should be proud ofy yourself for.
GOOD LUCK!

It depends on alot of things i guess. If someone asks me out, I will say 'Yes' staright away, even if it was just to keep someone happy.
