I love a girl very Sincerey but i dont know whether she is love me or not, Now i am very worry about this bcoz her marriage is arranged by her family. What CAN I DOOOOOO!

I tell you very freckly she have no choice,she may be in love with you but you say she is getting married so have no used if you love her or she loves you.
Best is please try to forget her and move on with a new relationship.I know you are a nice person that is why you are concern about relationship, if you were not you will not care to ask this question....right.
Please let it go and drop it here only, you know how big step she is going to take for her life so why to make it UN-possible for her.
Love is how you make people future and give and share by not conquering, it will fall apart....... and it will be no body benefit.

as you said u r in love with a girl and not able to say whether she is in love with u or not this shows ur in one sided love. i know, that u love her sincerely but the main point is whether she is also having the same feeling towards you or u have been just wasting your precious time for her.now it is high time to expect anything from her bcoz her marriage is arranged . but according to me u should try to forget her by engaging yourself in busy schedule or in any sports or go out with friends always be happy and enjoy life, do not sit alone make new friends think for your family you cant just waste your life for a girl who came as guest in your life tommorrow she will be leading a marriage life with her husband try to tell your heart that she was not for me u have to accept the truth so try to forget herwho knows may

From your question i can figure out that she probably doesn't know that you even exist. She is getting married which is the biggest moment in a girls life. Don't destroy her life and its only better for you that you forget her. You will only be in depression if you do not find somebody else, cheer up life is wonderful.

If u really love her, go to her parents and say that u love her, or if u dont have the courage then let her live with them whom their parents want her to be married.

go to the nearest bar,
drink till you cant feel your nose,
gate crash her wedding , scare everybody away,
puke on the groom
see her reaction--If she smiles at you, marry her right there,
if not, she wasnt worth it anyway.
