Tell the guy that you like him. Be pro-active and approach him. Guys appreciate girls that take the initiative and ask. If he grins, shufffles his feet, turns red, gets goose bumbs on his arms then it's likely he does like you, too. Since some guys are too bashful to show any feelings, that doesn't mean they don't like you. Make eye contact with them, smile, be nice, have a conversation, and then just tell him how you feel. Take it from there...

Put your feelers out there. There are many ways to do this. Smile at him, does he smile back, maybe even blush? Talk to him. Is he responsive or does he show lack of interest? Do you ever catch him looking at you or make eye contact?
