The best time to take birth control is first thing in the morning. Not because it works better when taken then, but because it's easier not to forget if the pill is taken before a woman becomes distracted. Many women leave their pills near their toothbrush and take as soon as they're done brushing.

They say it is always best to take it at the same time everyday. It does not matter whether it is morning or night as long as it is the same time everyday. Also, it does not matter if you eat or not it does not cause the pill to have an adverse effect.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
If you still have questions contact your doctor and he/she will tell you the best plan for the pill you are taking.

It completely doesn't matter; the important thing is to take it around the same time each day, for instance at bed time.
