This is part of the fairness of God. No one will carry another person's sins and there is God who in the end on Judgement Day we will be accountable to Him and who willl compare our good deeds with our sins and see where the equation ends to see whether we deserve Heaven or Hell. So how can Jesus pbuh die for us. This is a green light for people to sin as they wish since Jesus already died for us so we are forgiven. What type of fairness is this. So he wasted his life and according to christians was tortured to save people some of which do not deserve to be saved from their sins. Oh no! You want to be saved work on it and act properly. Otherwsie when you sin why do you ask for forgiveness if in your mind you are already forgiven since Jesus died for your sins. Can someone explain this dilemma.

God doesn't change. But his mind can. Everyone is responsible for their own sin could be like Octomom and she should be taking care of her children without using outside resources, like government money. And in the New Testament its like when someone makes a choice that affects other people, then they are also the burden of that sin. Tax payers are carrying the burden of Octomom.

Jesus died to save us FROM the power of sin- not just a free ticket to heaven. No one deserves to have Jesus die for them, including me- that is why it is called mercy and grace. If we are truly Christians Christ places within us His righteousness, and we will desire not to sin- granted we will fall from time to time, and this does not make us lose our salvation- but it does hinder our close relationship with Him- if we confess our sin, He is faithful to forgive us. Forgiveness is only through the Cross- but when we accept Him we should daily desire to become more like Him- and to have the mind of Christ. Grace is a free gift- but is not cheap.

Jesus died so that we no longer would need to live under the law but that we would live under GRACE. With grace, we have the ability to live without sin because Grace is written in our hearts, and not in the law. WE can choose not to sin. By NOT sinning, we receive Grace and salvation.

There is no such thing as "sin" and God does not exist.

Everyone is accountable and responsible for their own ACTIONS, accountable to themselves and each other, here on this planet while they are alive. No god is required, no afterlife, no heaven, no hell, no martyrs. No religion.

I dont quite agree with that statement

I am responsible for my brother and he is responsible for me. We both have an obligation to help each other. Otherwise what is the point of living as a society?

as for the Jesus part, yeah the idea that you sin can be wiped away with faith is silly.

Salam/Shallom my friend.

You know what, Jesus saved us so we wouldn't have anymore sins. He thought we would be kind and fair and wouldn't have anymore sins, but the people who have sins have to deal with them. He thought we would learn a lesson when he died, boy we proved him wrong.

Yes.
We are all accountable for our own sins on Judgement Day.
Jesus (pbuh) is still alive.
There is no green light to commit sin.
We should all realize that we are to answer to God alone. He is our Creator, Sustainer, Cherisher and He is Master of the Day of Judgement.

It's not entirely their fault they can't understand. Because of our natural instinct for God (soul), millions still seek Him, The deception has been around so long now, the Truth has become very well hidden from them. It is so sad because they will be held accountable, those who have led them astray will be held accountable and justice will be served when the ultimate deceiver is held accountable.

Everyone needs to take responsibilty for themselves & their actions, not blame it on Satan or whoever they choose.

If more ppl stepped up the world would be a lot more of a sensible place to live in.
