What's the difference between "Aap kaisi hain?" and "Aap kaise hai?"

OK Aap kaisi hain? Is how are you? You are asking this to a girl. Aap kaise hai? Doesn't mean any thing in Hindi. But you can ask Aap Kaisi Ho? It's same thing as How are you? There are some word you can use to your elders as giving them respect. The word "HO" it's not to use for elders Aap is.

Both have the same meaning of "how are you".
"Aap kaisi hai" is used when talking to a female.
"Aap kaise hai" is used when talking to a male.

aap kaisi hain?
this phrase is used for asking "how are you?" from a female person whom you show respect.
aap kaise hai?
this is used to ask "how are you?" from a male person and again the word "aap" shows respect.
