Can anyone provide details on how to eat dragonfruit? There's a dragon lover in the family who'd like to try one but we aren't sure if we boil it, cook it, peal it or waht. Thanks!

I usually peel off the skin, slice the fruit and eat it - it's delicious! Tastes a little bit like Kiwi...eat chilled :-)

You can eat dragonfruit by just cutting them in half and eat it using a spoon... Here in Malaysia,it's quite common to see people enjoying it by having it straight form the fridge(best when the weather is hot).

Its pretty simple. You cut it in half, lengthwise and you eat the soft inner fruit. You could use a spoon to scoop the fruit. There is no need to to cook, boil or peel or anything of the sort. Enjoy!!

well, I usually chill it in the fridge. Slice it into 2 parts, then scoop the inner white flesh. And eat it as it is.
