Since it was trying to get Christians to support Israel, it used scripture; but as the people here pointed out, most Jews who believe in ZIonism aren't religious, and don't care about or activelty hate any sort of scripture. THe Jews who do believe in scripture are mostly not ZIonistic.

THe exception to that rule is AMerican Modern Orthodox (not to be confused with Orthodox) who do partially believe in the bible. (though only partially. They believe in evolution, for example; and don't believe the Jews were thrown out of the holyland because of sin, as the Bible says.) Modern Orthodox are Zionists.
