my children went me to file the divorce before him, this is to tell him, they are the one that disown him, they are only 11 to 14 years old, should I listen to them and file the divorce before my hubby does?

I have the same problem, went I talk to my children they say that I should file the divorce first, don't want any longer, solve the problem once and for all, so that they don't have to worry any more.

I am ashamed to be giving this advice but as I don´t know all the circumstances, I would wait it out. If he gets shot, killed, or injured you will collect (if you are still married). As for somebody on the side, I would wait on that one too. Cuz getting caught cheating will NOT help the divorce process go your way. But write and date all the things that he does wrong. And if you want the divorce, do it yourself. Cuz if you wanna get something done, you gotta do it yourselff.

Hi,

I think that you need to divorce him to get on with your own life AND NOT FOR REVENGE - remember, what goes around, comes around.

You have to take the first step, get it done and get your life back. If you feel that your marriage is not going in the right direction, it is better to end it. The longer you wait the more complicated it gets.

Good luck

Maybe you should just hang on, in case something happens to him on active duty, as his legal wife, you'd get everything...

And in the meantime find someone to have some fun with... ;)
