i had to lose weight to be a bridemaid for my sister 2 years ago, but the word diet just made put on more weight, i decided to go down the road of cutting out the inbetweens, i ate normal 3 meals a day no matter what it was, i cut out fizzy juice,cakes and biscuits and did a little exercise for 6 months, i just went for a walk 2/3 times a week and i managed to lose almost 2 stone. ps i still enjoyed a bottle of wine at the weekend, and if you say to yourself its only for 1 day and say it everyday you will managexx gl

Eat only when u r hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I started calorie-counting and that saved my wardrobe! Have a go, it needn't be a struggle; you can do it!
In any case, you're bound to loose weight over the summer, eating mostly salads and fresh fruits... Just be careful not to put it back on in the early Autumn.

I'm afraid there is no magic formula other than, you need to burn off more calories than you consume!
But, did you see 'the truth about food' last week on BBC2? it did an experiment and showed that a diet high in calcium makes you poo out twice as much fat as other diets, and if you are poo-ing it out you are not storing it! Worth a try...?

Try this... Get yourself a good workout DVD. Do it EVERYDAY. Cut soft drinks out of your diet COMPLETELY. Save desserts and sweets for a ONCE A WEEK treat. Don't do anything else different. Do that, and I promise you you'll lose plenty of weight be October.

Eat fruit and veges and Exercise
Many people go on diets - they don't work, you will just put the weight back on
If you eat health (NO TAKEOUT) heaps of fruit and veges and go for a run every 2days you will loose weight FAST

eat lots of rice and veg, lots of water .. your brain will try and tell you otherwise
but when your body starts to enjoy the high fibre food your will power kicks in and you feel great and you can loose weight much better . walking also helps.
