Spritual Realm is the great one but the only thing to come out of it U must take U R thoughts to a same Direction and control it without giving any chance for more than one thought then the spiritual realm cannot do anything with U. Its what I have learned from relegion Hindu and the vedas. I never belive anything before any proof.

I have never experienced the same but I have learnt from the Spiritual masters that its something which one cannot explain. As the senses doesn't work just as one goes to a deep sleep, even the dreams also doesn't come to disturb him.

Soul will feel the spiritual State of being spiritual kingdom exclusive of feeling to your five sense that is the bodily feelings. in our dreams we get the same feeling as the spiritual kingdom.

It is your natural state. Peace calm and balanced. Its like becoming aware of your intuition, that's were the spirit dwells. If you want the real power Go read your bible and start in john and see what Jesus is talking about, his Holy spirit and it will come in you and bless you like you never knew, then you will know!
