General speaking, yes. Love making is the ultimate expression of love and affection between two people, provided both are doing it to satisfy their natural urges and not as an obligation, and provided both couple are not at old age (when friendship and mutual care are far more important for the enhancement of the relationship).
For most men, sex (in this case, love making) is very important. If it is good, then everything else is most likely to be good and vice versus.
For most women, sex may not be very important than the love and care one show to the other. Nevetheless, it does play very important aspect of relationship, particularly in shwing that the relatinship is healthy, happy and strong.
Having said that, it comes eventually to individuals. For some people or couple, love making if very important. For others, it may not be the case, though it does not diminish its importance, but not THE very important aspect of the relationship.
In conclusion, yes love making, in general, improves relationship for most couples. Nevetheless, care and mutural respect are equally important in the enhancement of relationship.

Depends, if you're both into it, then yes, it can be a fun activity that improves relationship. But if you're just doing it because you feel obliged to do so or if he's doing it for reasons other than your happiness, then it may not be such a great idea

Neither 'are' nor 'do' is the right word for this question. Try this:
"Can making love with my boyfriend improve our relationship?"
Ask yourself, what do you want in your relationship?
Ask yourself, what does he want? Then ask him what he wants.
Through communication you two will have to find just what you BOTH want.

sex is a big part OF EVERYONES relationship. anyone telling you other wise is either a kid or deeply religious and out of touch with reality (and probably fighting their temptations to have sex).
but don't let your relationship BECOME all about sex. when sex is the main thing holding the relationship together-that's a bad thing.

Yes it does as it can make the stress and frustration go away.
And for the man it's one of the only way to be reassured that his relationship is going well.
