By seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness. Let God be number one in your priorities and all the other things will fall in place. Start with worshipping God and seeking His face not just His hands to give you what you want. Praying always in the Spirit. Get deep into His word. Attend a Spirit-filled church
and take Holy Communion regularly. Discover God's giftings and calling for you. Desire to be more like Jesus and dying to self. God gives you grace to do all these with the gift of His righteousness in you.

Well, it is kind of hard to explain but there are some basics that you do need to follow to build up or grow closer in your relationship with God. First, you have to recognize you are a sinner and need a Savior (Christ) and accept him as your personal savior. That may sound like a given but many do not realize this - there is only one way to peace and fellowship with God and that is thru our mediator Jesus Christ our Lord. Once you do that, you will receive God's spirit who will guide you. After that, two basics that are crucial to growing in Christ (God) and not becoming cold bored is daily bible reading (which transforms your mind) and fellowship with other believers in church. It is not enough to go on Sunday morning and nothing else. You need to be in Sunday School if it is provided (adult bible study), home groups if available, make friends with other Christians.and have fellowship with them during the week. God has provided many blessings for us through his earthly body (the church) and it is very difficult to remain close to God when you are not with other Christians. Just a few ideas.

What does that even mean..."rebuild the empowerment of my soul"?. Try asking yourself whether or not the soul, or god even exists. There is nothing more empowering than standing on your own two feet and getting on with the business of living.

You didn't say whether you are Christian or what exactly you believe about God.
So, I will answer from a Christian perspective, as if you are a Christian... forgive me if this does not apply to you.
God loves us. He wants us to talk to Him through prayer and tell Him about our problems and situations. He has given us His Holy Spirit, and He will bless us and give us grace to endure our circumstances. It may look bleak, but God is always there.
Take comfort in the fact that the all-powerful God of the universe is within your heart, and that He understands you completely. He will empower you. Just ask.
And by the way, if you are not a believer in Christ, please understand that God still loves you. He wants to bless you, but you have to come to Him and ask for His mercy and forgiveness so that you can become a part of His family.
God bless.

God Almighty left us a book of instruction for living in His existence and realm. There is no other than this. Building a good relationship with God is doing what pleases Him. He created you and He wants you to be with Him for all eternity. He wants to talk to you and it's so very simple. The only, and I don't say that lightly, only authority to speak to God is through His Son, Jesus. This is the way He set things up. Jesus died for our sins and God knows we have enough of them. Only though Jesus can our souls be cleaned. God is pure love and it perfect in every way. The only way we can face God is to be cleaned of our sins. The blood of Jesus did just that. He died so we might live. If you want a relationship with God, accept Jesus as your personal Savior, and your Messiah that He sent to us in the flesh. Jesus is God in the flesh. The Holy Spirit is God's spirit to guide us through this life. They are all one but we live and can only make it by His rules, not ours, and what we might think is right for us. What is right for others is right for us all. We all like to think we are special and we are, but only in His eyes. We all have to live with the same rules. If you are saved, you understand that. You will go through a transformation when you accept Jesus. You will want to live the life He intended for us to live. To build a good relationship with God, He gave you the instructions thousands of years ago and still hold true today as it did then. He's not the old dude who lives in Heaven, He's God and He cannot grow old nor was he ever young. Eternity has no sensation of passing time.

As has already been said. Set aside regular times to spend with God. Just him and you. You don't get to know someone if you don't spend time with them. You can't build a relationship with someone if you don't work on the relationship.

Spend time alone with God. Take time out of your busy day to pray and acknowledge God in all you do

Pray to God to help your relationship with him. You could read the bible. Going to church may also help.

First you have to find god then introduce yourself and ask if you could talk to him,
but since he is nonexistant, its a moot point.
You can't have a relationship with god. Even if he exists, he doesn't care what you think or want.
