Love cant be measured but the capacity to be open to love can be measured.

You cannot measure love, it's either conditional or unconditional.

its TRUE that one person always loves more than the other.but love CANT be measured.
as human being, we always think we love more than him/her.Or he/she love more than me,coz i cnt give watever he/she wants.so no speciall ruler to measure that our love is equal,so the problem will exist that ONE PERSON WILL ALWYS LOVE MORE THAN THE OTHER..
