Biting your nails to the nubs is an intensely bad habit,.. Some tips to stop?????????

they have this stuff called CONTROL-IT! (http://www.stopbitingnails.com/) you put it on your nails and everytime you go to bite, it puts a nasty taste in your mouth. i used to bite my nails when i was a kid. all it took for me to stop was my aunt(who is a nurse) telling me i could get worms! i stopped right then! lol! my cousin actually got worms from biting her nails. they came out in her stools! yucky! my mom used this stuff when i was 4 to stop my thumb sucking. it is a terrible taste, but it only took one application! it is natural too so it will help your nails heal and grow back. good luck!

There is a product out there that you put on your nails and it tastes sooooo terrible it will keep you from wanting to bite them again. I don't remember the name but they sell it it with the hand and nail products.

If it's worse than smoking, perhaps you would consider smoking or bite the filter instead of your nails.

they have a bottle of stuff called nailbiters it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth but the thing that cured me was micro biology when i was in nursing school millions of parasites live in your nail beds and when you chew you get them in you body it is not uncommon for children to develop worms (worm that grow in your intestanal tract ) from chewing their nails then you pass them in your stool gross huh

dip your finger tips in petroleum jelly or gasoline ... believe me you'll stop
