you can´t, hydrocodone is in a class of drugs called narcotic analgesics, it is habit forming and that´s why it is sell only with prescription, if you don´t mind the doctor fee better go with one and ask him for a prescription if he thinks that you really need it

I hope you are willing to find someone that will sell you some over the internet and then I hope you get caught by the authorities and get thrown in the slammer. Narcotic meds are not something to mess with unless of course you want to ruin your life. If their is a legitimate reason you need them then go visit your doctor.
