NO ONE can say Yes or NO to this question.
it is possible that thousand and millions of witnesses testify that reincarnation happens.
but there is the biblical belief that men are only designated to live once and then the judgment.
While there are more than ONE witnesses that say YES there are just as many that teach reincarnation is dilusion and that they pervert the doctrine of the resurrection.
Many things that seem to testify of reincarnation can be something else altogether, while some testimonies of reincarnation can actually be the mercy of God and judgement to give mankind a second chance.
for example, if there are a hundred souls that say they are all Napolean, then most of them are liars and are probably decieved. because you cannot have a hundred souls be proven to be Napolean when only ONE soul actually exists.

Yes.
Bhagavad-gita 2.12
Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be.
Bhagavad-gita 2.13
As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change.
Bhagavad-gita 2.22
As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, the soul similarly accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.

Don't see why there should be. Of course, you can never say for sure until you die but there doesn't seem to be much evidence for it. For a start, everyone who claims to have been someone else in a past life was always a princess or something like that... never a worm or a plant! To me, the idea of heaven and hell makes a lot more sense because it comes from a book (the Bible) which has been shown to be historically and textually reliable.

Depends on what you concider reincarnation?
Like what Hindus believe where you actually are re-born into another being?
Like how Christians believe we are reincarnated (resurrected) into our previous bodies at the judgment day?
or how Scientists profess that our bodies decompose to simple elements, and as the laws of thermodynamics state, are "reused" and "transfered" to other things.... even a molecule that a plant may obsorbe and thus you become part of the plant? and then part of the animal that eats the plant. And then part of the human that eats the animal.....

It could be Inherent memories from a Dead Relative ,
much the same way as genes are passed on.
Did you know that people who have had Heart Transplants
have also found that they have inherited tastes and interests of the Donor Heart.
There was a documentary on U.K. T.V. about this quite recently.

I don't ascribe to any religion, but I'm more apt to beleive that if we have a soul, it lives many lives on earth, to evolve and grow,, before moving on- as opposed to the Christian notion that we go to Heaven or Hell for an eternity, after a very short time on earth.

In absence of an interpretable data it is extremely difficult to answer this. While one may carry his or her own opinion on the subject, the fact remains that there is scientific explanation.

No there is not, once the body dies, the spiritual part of you (AKA your soul) can no longer stay on earth. It must face eternity, up or down, either way, those are the only choices.
