Can you swing a home cooked dinner or a romantic picnic? Maybe write her a nice note about all the reasons you care for her. Give her a fabulous warm oil massage. Burn her a romantic CD. None of these things costs that much. I am sure there are a lot more things you can come up with if you do a little online hunting.
Oh another gift on the cheep is a booklet of coupons. You can make coupons for romantic things...sexual...the holder gets to win the next fight.

the home cooked meal is a good idea - that was my first thought, and i see someone else thought of it too ! u can also buy little valentine's chocolate treats from most newsagents and places like Woolworth's that will cost less than £1. if u have a house to yourselves, u could run her a nice bath with candles & music for after your meal.... or if u are good with words, u could write her a poem. i know that's not something that a lot of guys feel comfortable with , but if u can express your emotions with words, it'll probably be well received. i know that i always get all emotional when my boyfriend writes poems / songs 4 me. good luck ! hope it all goes well.

collect some wild flowers somewhere locally.... find a piece of ribbon and hand tie them losely....... thought being put into something is so romantic... then make her dinner in the evening.. nothing too big... just anything she likes.. pasta dish even and some candles lit on table.

maybe a massage before bed....... some baby oil isnt expensive... or just a moisturiser u might have in house.... she would love that.

hope u have a wonderful time. xx

Make a sponsor sheet on your computer, go around the minted area near your house and say “I am from the local youth centre and we are forming a local youth football team; but we need sponsors to buy equipment”, trust me you should have at least £100 in a few hours ;o)

write her a poem, take her for a picnic (assuming it's not freezing) or cook her a candlelite dinner. give her a massage, clean her house as a surprise. do something you hate but you know she enjoys, get a key ring and put old keys on it, wrap it and tell her they're the keys to your heart. be creative, be romantic, and most of all tell her how special she is and how much you love her. it's the gifts that pull our heartstrings we remember long after the expensive presents are put away.

Take them somewhere that means something special to you/them/both of you and have a picnic there or something like a burger - it's the place that's special, not the food you're eating

Try making little coupons for her. Put things on there that she likes to do or for you to do, like a coupon for a night out on the town, or a home-cooked meal, taking her pet for a walk, little things like that.
