Yes I do
I have a natural knowing that we chose our parents for many reasons and many lessons we had to teach them as they also taught us.
I know I have learnt so much from my children and have enjoyed every moment : )
There is an old saying we can choose our friend but not our family which I find untrue as we had to choose our family before we came.
And we carry a little map of our destiny within our own hands within your left had is what you planned when you were born and in your right hand it may change as most people does, that is why a palmist comes in handy to let us know if we are sticking to our own plan or if we have slide off the track lol

Blueprints? Yes, I've had experience with the Construction industry.
But of course that's not what you meant. I'm not sure I understand your question. I don't believe that humans are created, I believe we evolved. We do create our own destiny by our actions.

You must be rich and living a wonderful life to ask such a question! Well good for you because most people on this earth live in conditions that they would never, ever choose. I suppose it is a nice thought, but one must really be out of touch with reality in order to genuinely ask such a question. My goodness how my life would be different if that was true!

i do to an extent
i believe we choose many aspects of our life for the lessons we need to learn
this would involve knowing the family we will go to
however i do believe in free will also and that despite choosing who we will be , we are only aware of certain aspects of this life prior to coming here

i think it was Peter or Paul who wrote that the very existence of a house proves there is a carpenter who built it.
but i think also that he meant the existence of the universe automatically proves the existence of a creator.
