I don't know if it could be called wonderful, however I just lost 15kg doing this.
I was an emotional eater, and so I decided if I was emotional instead of eating I would catch myself before I opened the cupboard door. Then I would take my dog for a short walk around the block. If I was really sad I would walk again, and I would keep doing it until I stopped crying or feeling bad.
And well after replacing food with exercise I lost weight quickly. I still have 5kg to go, but I'm now walking because I like it, I don't seem to feel down anymore :).

Losing weight is simple, just not always easy. Think of your body as a bank and calories as money. When you eat you make a deposit into the bank. When you exercise you make a withdrawal. With diet and exercise try to be overdrawn al the time...then you lose weight. Burn more than you take in. Eat lower fat and less processed sugar. Drink plenty of water( no calories there). and walk or better yet, walk and run combination. 3 or 4 times a week...30 to 45 minutes at a time....

Eat only when u r hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

Run until eventually you're breathless.. and in case you do this for an finished week- cope with your self on the weekend with some snacks or a procuring spree (on your promenade). :) desire i helped!

There are exercise tapes and DVDs by Leslie Sansone called "Walk Away the Pounds". There are a few workouts in the series. They mostly involve walking in place, with a few different movement added to keep it interesting. She also adds arm bands to work the upper body, but you can do the movements without them. She's got that peppy kind of affect, and the workouts are easy enough to get through. They also work... if you keep doing them.
