Pigmentation is the coloring of a personal skin. Pigment is determined by skin cells that contain melanin.. Genetics govern how much melanin the cells produce... very little in extremely fair skinned people, and much more in people with dark skin. Melanin production is also stimulated by sunlight. That's what happens when people tan. There can be both genetic and medical conditions that can cause all, or portions of cells to make more or less. There are often treatments or medications available to treat hyper-pigmentation (darkening of areas of skin). Lightening of the skin (or hypo-pigmentation) may not be treated as easily, and a dermatologist may recommend high quality cosmetics that can be specifically mixed to match the patients natural skin tone.

It's impossible to tell you what it is without seeing it. You should talk with your doctor and/or have them recommend a dermatologist. There may be something available to treat it.

This skin whitening product is completely natural and it's totally safe http://whitening-skin.gelaf.info
Skin bleaching is a cosmetic treatment to reduce the prominence of skin discolorations and even out the color of the skin. You can buy bleaching creams over the counter and by prescription.
Some people apply skin lightener to their entire body to change their complexion, but if it's a chemical product ( most of this kind of product is chemical) this can be very risky. The active ingredient in some skin lighteners is mercury, so bleaching can lead to mercury poisoning.
Mercury is a toxic agent that can cause serious psychiatric, neurological, and kidney problems. Pregnant women who use a skin lightener with mercury can pass the mercury to their unborn child.

That's why I reccomend to use only natural treatment for skin whitening, the best is this one http://whitening-skin.gelaf.info

None of us can tell you if you will get the same pigmentation as your dad and aunt, and no one can tell you where it came from. But, you may be able to prevent it by seeing a dermatologist in time. Perhaps he can remove it, and he will be able to answer all your questions concerning the mark.
