I don't know the actual statistics on it, but I can tell you for a fact that it happened to me, TWICE. If a woman has a family history of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or menstrual issues in general, it is best that she avoid the rhythm method of birth control. The reason is that if a woman's menstrual cycle gets out of whack for any reason, she could be ovulating at just about any time, even during her period. It's best not to take a chance if pregnancy is not what you're trying to accomplish.

the chance of prernancy is 0% during periods. but beware that during the pregnancy it is harmful for both the man and woman to make that type of relation.

Not very likely. A period is experienced because the body is ' saying ', "This egg did not get fertilized, this nurturing environment of fertile ground is not needed this time around, so we're going to expel the surface fertile soil " . . . thus a period is experienced. So, with the expelling of that fertile surface soil with that now deteriorating egg . . . there is no egg to be fertilized. . . thus no pregnancy . . . Hardly . . . there is that one in a thousand . . . yet in most cases...not likely.

the chances are slim as some women dont know exactly when they ovulate.some women can ovulate twice in the month.but since its very messy to have sex durning your period i suggest you wait.it only a few days.

a friend of mine got pregnant last year during her period. the doctors say it's the matter of ovulation.

I wouldnt know that because never will do it when a kind has her monthly visit thats just uncool bru! The chances are i think very high!
