You need to get to vet ASAP. Several problems could be occuring, she could be hypocalcemic, hypoglycemic or have a uterine/mammary infection. None of these is normal after giving birth, and all are potentially fatal if not treated properly. If she is at the point where she is having trouble walking, I would say she is in the danger zone.

not even a vet could tell you the reason over the net. You need to take her to the vet to get check up. It could be a number of reason including heart problems for all I know. Or an internal injury. Visit your vet for dog health questions.

Call one of the animal clinic, and tell them your dog situation and seek for their advise and/or suggestion. Whether to see vet immediately or any way to comfort your dog now.

Please call the vet immediately. My dog recently had puppies and had no problems at all afterwards. Something is wrong. Call the vet right away.

you should of already brought her to the vets as soon as you seen something wrong with her..if not what is taking you so long?
