In order to register your pup, you have to have proof that both of the parents were registered.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE PAPERS ON BOTH PARENTS PROVING THAT THEY WERE FULL BLOOD THEN GO TO THE VET HE/SHE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PULL UP PAPERWORK FOR YOU.
