Caffeine is often unfairly criticized. It is actually very safe when used sensibly, that is, if you experience side effects, cut back.
People vary quite a lot in their sensitivity to caffeine. Watch for symptoms such as elevated heart rate or inability to get to sleep when you need to.
Caffeine is one of the most studied substances and there appears to be no long-term issues with its use.
A good source for dosage and health information is the book, The Caffeine Advantage (I can get the authors if you want). This book summarizes mainstream medical research, e.g. Journal of American Pharmacology, and debunks unfounded warnings by health-nuts.
If you don't like coffee or are concerned about ingredients in Red Bull, caffeine tablets have some advantages. First, you know the dosage, and second, you can eliminate bathroom stops from large amounts of liquids.

Eat only when u r hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

It is wise to find another sloution about drinking that red bull or any of those caffeine drinks. Any thing that gets your heart to a excessive rate is not good for any one. especailly when your depending on it. Be very careful because it can be addicting as well. And sometimes when you feel like it is just not enough can lead to other things. Any that you do for a habit can always be addicting. I no what you mean sometimes we just need that boost. Maybe you not getting enough sleep or maybe you not getting a good nights rest. When going to bed at night try and find away to think about good things with out worries when you rest if possible. Sometimes even though you think your rested your not cause you go to bed with way to many things on your mind

0 is the level of caffeine you should attempt to put in your system.
Energy drinks like Red bull are nothing more than caffeine hits.
They are a menace, in fact and are much abused. 7 per day is a caffeine addiction and when you try to get off you will have headaches, lethargy and feel like the proverbial.
Reduce it slowly, get off and stay off. reorganize your work schedule and stop burning the candle at both ends otherwise your medication might get stronger and your freedom restricted whilst you are under therapy. Follow?

7 cans of Red Bull AND pro plus!!! Jesus!!
Sounds like you have become a little too dependent on it now. Suggest you taking a multi-vitamin or Iron (vitamin B) tablet which will give you a healthy boost.
Maybe a visit to the doctors may help, if you can fit it in?!

This site will tell you how much caffeine it will take to kill you:
http://www.energyfiend.com/death-by-caffeine/
According to the site, it says it would take over 100 cans of Red Bull to kill a 150 pound person. Of course, you'd die of overhydration (hyponatremia) before you'd die of the caffeine.
That said, too much caffeine can really affect your health and mood. You may try to wean yourself off the Red Bull slowly.
