i havent heard of such a type of mobile of motorola...........bt u can just switch it off and restart it again and if then also it hangs go to a mobile point

SWITCH IT OFF FOR A PRETTY WHILE AND THEN RESTART IT . STILL DOSENT WORK.......RUN TO CHECK IF IT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.
