Guys, when your lady is manually or orally stimulating you and you orgasm what should she do? I'm asking about the few moments DURING the orgasm.... should she keep pace with what she was doing before you got there? should she slow down but keep going, kind of "milking" it? should she stop all together?

I know what to do to get there. And i know that after you need to leave "him" be as he's a bit sensitive. I just always wondered what is best during the orgasm.

I'd like to say that any transfer of fluids (blood, semen, etc.) can transmit a STD, no matter where. No matter how, orally or through the openings in the skin(cuts, scratches).
