i have lots of problem of myself like my health & my family i just cant stay without eating day time i sleep for 10 hours & night 7 hours 3 years back i got married after getting married i started gaining before i was 110 pounds & now i am 186 pounds i dont understand what to do i watch u program & i like it so i thought of saying u my problem can u please help me

1. loose weight by controling ur diet
2. consult a doctor for medical chechup
3 consult a dietician to help u with step no. 1
4. need to drastically cut on ur sleep time and do some physical activity

If you are older than 35 years old and you are obiece then you might want to consolt a doctor soon. Try taking an asprin which is a blood thinner which might help. It could also be gas. Ask y ourself if you have had a history of indigestion or gas build up. Ask your relatives if anyone in your family has a history of heart disease.

Maintain ur diet cut down fatty foods,oily foods,choclates ,biscuits etc. go out for a walk atleast 4km at fast pace.drink lots of water and fruit juice.tke fruits when u feel hungry.Don't sleep during daytimes .do some work .Then automatically u will cut down ur weight
