Cardio will releave some anger, anxiey, and deppresion. 5-HTP increases your seritoine natraully and can be found at jigsawhealth.com. Just make sure you tell your doctor what you are doing and how you are feeling because withdraw from your meds will feel worse than when you take them (thats why I stopped trying them, I would tell them about the effeccts, then withdraw, then it would start all over). It is important to get in the cardio, it makes all the world of diffence.

I took it for three months, several yrs ago, it was a god send to me.
You should see your Dr. Maybe you would do better on one of the newer drugs that treat both anxiety and depression.

On a side note, just for a week, stop all white foods: white breads, rolls, pizza, milk, potatoes, if it's white, don't eat it.
(fish and eggs are okay, so it any pasta).
See how u feel...if you feel a lot better,( I did), go easy on that stuff, or gradually stop eating it forever.

Good luck to you, oh yeah, and get some herbal teas, like Celestial Seasons, they are great, and the chamomile and sleepy time, really helped me relax.
Take care!

Yes.... I felt crazy on wellbutrin. I took it for smoking cessation and couldn't remain on it for more than a few days. It made me feel very crazy. There are plenty of medicines to treat your symptoms. Ask your doctor for something else.
