I weigh 183 pound and 5'6" and i dont look fat! I want to know how to be toned without losing alot of weight. I want an hourglass curvy full woman body, but I dont want rolls or stretch marks. Is there a diet and exercise plan that can acheive this?

Thanks for the answers, except for the go to the gym, (if only i had thought of that one...dripping with sarcasm) and I didn't want to lose a lot of weight...but the other two helped out alot. Thanks!

Well, just running and lifting for toning and LOT AND LOT OF PROTEIN in your diet, so u don't loose weight.

Do a lot of reps with light wieghts. Heavy weights will bulk you up. If you don't see the definition it means you want to do more cardio to get rid of the fat on the muscles. To keep or create an hour-glass shape, work your shoulders and butt a lot. Your shoulders and butt being bigger will make your waist look smaller.
