M.Phil for college lecture who not getting above 55% in m.com they have to do M.Phil otherwise directly can do P.hd for lectureship, yes you have to write thesis topic you have to choose yourself related by your subject which you choose to do M.Phil that depend on M.com subject.

hello, actuall as ma,is done after ba, same m.phil is done ahter b.phil, is related to sports, or philos.
