Diamond Carabet, downtown Denver (1222 Glenarm) has some of the best steak around!

I like the Denver Chop House for steaks, McCormick's for seafood.
In response to Wild Orchard, I think Diamond Cabaret is better known for their breasts than for their steaks

There is an Outback steakhouse in Westminster that stands out from all others because they go above and beyond the standards of Outbacks standard steak quality and size.
