Thais are very friendly people and they will be wanting to befriend anyone, especially foreigners. They like to know what is life like outside Thailand. So be nice and friendly and start talking to make friends with them. It will be good if you can learn their language too.

If in Thailand you could try spending less time at the computer and more time outside. Learn the Thai language,Thai people love speaking to foreigners who can speak Thai with them. Go to a small Thai pub where there arent any foreigners, the thai people there will be impressed that you sat down on your own and immediately start talking to you (this doesnt have to be at a pub but is probably the easiest place).

Go To Thailand
Meet People, a majority of Thai in the major centers speak english. Oh and by the way you don't need a web site to meet beautiful Thai women. Just say pick one out when you get there, say hi and ask them out. From experience 9 times out of 10 they will say yes.

Nothing easier than that - a hugh, friendly smile, maybe some knowledge of their language and there you are! But like anywhere else on this Planet: true friends don't come that easy. On top be aware that some Thais are especially in Bars/niteclubs etc. super friendly because of your wallet/credit card...
