Do you have these signs?
* Redness on the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead.
* Small visible blood vessels on the face.
* Bumps or pimples on the face.
* Watery or irritated eyes.
you probably have rosacea. i have it and it sucks!! i see that person says you can use vitamins and medicines...but i don't think it ever actually goes away. you can just help control it. a lot of people are prescribed Metrogel. it can help some people in cooling the redness. i personally use green pigmented lotions..physicians formula makes a good one...that covers the redness and helps for the rest of the day after you put it on.
things to avoid: alcohol, spicy foods, stress, hot drinks.
i also have ocular rosacea...which feels like you constantly have something in yr eye like sand. and yr eyes are very dry and red.
hope that helps!! ask a dermatologist to be sure!!

could be rosacea, a skin condition, which is fairly easy to fix. just ask your doc, you take vitamins and medication
could be that you're feeling hot all the time
or maybe you're feeling embarrased unconsciously :)
