I was driving a giant old 1955 Mack Wrecker back to St. Pete one dark night. Up ahead was a Highway Patrol car with a big black Lincoln pulled over. I saw the patrolman and a big black guy between the cars. As I got closer, the black guy attacked the patrolman and they both rolled down the bank to the bottom. The black guy was on top of the cop with his gun and shot him right between the eyes! Saw the flash, heard the shot and seen it happen. I got on the 2-way and the cb hoping somebody would hear me and it worked! The two black guys were busted bofore they got to Tampa. The patrolman was dead. I couldn't have helped him if I had stopped. They had his gun. I didn't have one. This happened in the 1980s.

By the time this happened, it was too late to ram. I was beside them already. And that big Mack don't handle like a Porsche, by a long shot.

Eeeeek. You've got me beat.

The most shocking thing I 'witnessed' was actually something I heard rather than saw. I used to work on the top floor of a seven story shopping mall, and one day a man fed up with life in general hurled himself over the railing from the seventh floor down to oblivion below. I didn't see him fall, but I heard the 'splat'. Two of my employees had it worse than me, they were walking in on the lower level as he landed right in front of them.

When I was a young child about 5 or 6, I saw a drive by shooting of a man down the street. Big old Cadillac, black on black with dark tiny, rolled down the back window and opened fire on the guys house when he was sitting on the porch. I walked with my parents down the street to talk to the cops and they were still marking the casings on the side of the road.

A close second was about 6 months ago when I was driving to work. One driver tried to make a left hand turn after the light was yellow and the on coming car was speeding (about 10-15 MPH over the limit of 35) and hit him head-on. The car that didn't slow down was violently thrown to the right side of the road into a parking lot where it rolled back into lanes of stopped traffic hitting an SUV. The driver of the car making the left turn was badly injured and his door had opened after the bone shattering impact - he was hanging half way out and it was very obvious that his left leg and left arm had multiple fractures. I was the first car at the light when this happened - no more than 25ft away. Still see that crash every time I take the road.

This is disgusting, but to answer your question....I saw a driver of a car runover a Labrador Retriever puppy. The puppy hobbled to the other side of the street with his insides hanging out. The driver kept on driving and never stopped. Since the puppy was still alive and yelping in pain, I found a boulder and had to put him out of his misery. It made me ill for weeks after. Everytime I drove into that neighborhood I made it a point to try to find the vehicle and the driver. I am an animal lover, particularly dogs, and that really ticked me off that I was the one that saw this happen.

In person, a 60 year old man walk outside naked....on the internet the most disturbing thing I saw was on ogrish, a video about male genital mutilation. It was very gruesome and I think there were actual snuff videos of a finger getting cut off with scissors, and someone getting their penis cut open, I think it was snuff because the victims didn't move at all and blood didn't squirt, and didn't look like medical videos. I will never watch that again! Also a black and white video of some black dude getting his penis cut off, and a very closeup video of a soldier getting his throat slit.

Yeah, you've got me beat. That's sad.. That would eat me up.

I think most shocking thing I've seen was a crowd from a bar beating the living crap out of a guy.
A friend and I were locking up the restarurant where we worked when we heard the commotion in the parking lot. A guy in a white, spotted shirt was apologizing over and over as the crowd enclosed around him... turned out, the spots were glops of blood... Someone in the crowd pushed the guy down then proceeded to kick the guy in the head... each kick sent the guy sliding backward. I was so angry I was shaking as I approached the crowd, but so scared, I barely whispered, "Hey! You're hurting him!"
My friend pulled me back towards the restauarant, where we locked ourselves in and called the police.

The most evil thing ive seen is law enforcement serving a false warrent on someone and taking their children into custody and then illegally adopting the children out all because one of the local sheriffs to this persons town had accidently addmitted to murdering a young girl in the town and it was a girl known by the person the sheriff admitted this to since the girl was five. When the sheriff realized he may have slipped the false warrent was served. And the most shocking thing is when this took place even a priest wife pergered herself along with cps and the judge couldnt even see that there was nothing as proof that preventing abuse to a child before it ever happened and evidence being only hearsay was false and nothing was ever done or asked as to why this case was even presented and the parent was never allowed to speak in court or ask why was this allowed in court without any factual evidence. The courts adopted the children out and the sheriff ended up killing another girl after that in the same exact way and got away with it and is still a trusted member of the justice system. That is the ultimate of all evil to me arent they trusted to protect and serve and society believes in them and pays for this out of thier taxes yet no one is questioned in authority or in religion, not in this case anyway.

My brother was an investigating officer in a murder and attempted suicide situation. The boyfriend and girlfriend had a fight. She was going to take their infant and leave. The boyfriend shot her, shot the infant in the head, and then turned the gun on himself. He survived.

How about a senior citizen who took his own life.

He jumped in front of a train. Walker was here. 200' away was his legs, 300' was his torso and arms were mixed up on the tracks!

I do not blame you for not stopping The only other thing you may have done is side swipe the Lincoln. I wasn't there and you were. Thanks for using the CB as that was the biggest help you could have been.
