Writing a research paper regarding cps removing children from the parents with no proof of abuse/neglect; money made off of adoption of the children; Does anyone know a reputable website that has information on cps victimizing good families with the intent to put the children in foster care/adoption to meet quotas.

Heres a link, but I really don't think it happens as much as these extreme groups let on like it does.
There's no such thing as quotas in child welfare... other than getting the child to some sort of permanent home as quickly as possible. Ideally, that means the family correcting the issue (if there is one) so the case can be closed. It is emotionally damaging for a child to be in limboin foster care and if the parents aren't correcting the issues then adoption is the most appropriate last resort alternative.
