It means "I'm always seeing myself cool (or groovy)"
You may also use 'siempre me veo chida' for the second part of the question since has nearly the same meaning (or just replace 'chida' with 'linda' or 'buena')

It means 'I always look cool'

The word chido/a is a slang for people in Mexico though. If you tell that word to people in South America or Spain they might not understand that word.

Another translation for 'cool' that might be understood by more people could be the word 'chévere' which means the same as 'chido/a' but is more widely used.

The proper way of saying "I'm always looking good" without any slang would be 'Yo siempre me veo bien'

(Yo) siempre me veo chida/o = I’m always looking tight (cool).

Chido = tight as in cool (for boys)
Chida = tight as in cool (for girls)

I’m always looking good = (Yo) siempre me veo bien.
