I read this article. It's an old one from the Onion, which is a satirical online newspaper. Fake news love, engineered to point out the absurdity of the theory of intellligent design. Quite a clever little piece, really.

I think it's just a joke based on intelligent design. I couldn't find anything about Gabriel Burdett aside from the Onion article. The guys at the Onion are good at what they do. They wrote an autobiography of George Bush called "Destined for Destiny" and some people thought it was true and based on fact when it's actually satire.

It's called 'Intelligent Spinning'

Many Christians believe hurricanes are too complex to exist on their own and insist their must be an 'Intelligent Spinner' involved.

Kansas is reprinting all it's school text books to include this new theory, and President Bush says he sees nothing wrong with the two competing theories being taught side by side in schools.

Expect loooooong debates here soon.

This is true partially Gravity pulls things down on a natural physical level but it is God who sets up the kings and the kingdoms, so the bible says he up roots one and plants another so in a spiritual sense when a king falls down it is God behind it and everything.

I think it started in "The Onion" and some fundamentalists didn't know it was a joke.

No, it is gravity. What he is saying is a theory, God is a theory,
If he can prove God exists, then i will believe him.
