I am actually fed up of Tijuana Police. I have been detained twice and there excessive fines make it impossible to visit Tijuana. TJ is my 2nd home and it hurts me not to be able to go. I have parked my car in San Ysidro, which is the only solution I see. But does anyone know a way to fight back against Tijuana police. I was detained last week and was going to be send to prison along with my girl for posessing "illegal prescription drugs" which actually had a prescription since my girl is bipolar. I was stopped because I was going too slow. They let us go without paying anything but it scared the crap out of me. There has to be a way to fight back anyone know how???

I am real sorry to hear about that. I no that can be very upsetting. I no that the border is getting worse and worse. Are you hispanic first of all?? And if so that is going to be real hard to beat this matter. They alwasy seem to focus on any one of brown skin of looks latin. I no that this is not fair. But and if you even young that is even worse. It is going to be almost impossible to fight that. With the way that it is going now with even having to have a pass port is getting to be real tuff. Just keep your head up high and what ever you do even though it pisses you off dont give them reason to lock you up. I no this is not the answer you looking for. I have a hispanic boyfriend my self so I feel for you.

Mexico is the most corrupt country in the Americas. The only revenge you will get is boycotting mexico or getting a dear rifle and picking off a few police.

There's only one solution --- stay out of Tijuana !!! A friend of mine was mistaken for someone else (really!), & he was beaten unconscious & woke up in a Mexican jail 3 days later. When he was let go, they just said "sorry!"
