at school that day there will be noone to hang out with and nothing to do because all my freinds have girlfreinds which will make them to busy to want to hang around with me and do dumb stupid funny things like we allways do. im very sad because just everyone but me having a gf alone is sad enough i dont know how i will handle valentines day. is there anyone else who has no gf or bf and if so do u feel the same way?

Well u dont need to feel that way there is always a next time. I have a bf but he's too far away but am not worried. Valentines day will b a normal working day for me.Go to work, class later in the evening...watch some movies at night n head to sleep. There r so many pple out there who wont b celebrating valentine dont feel like u r in a lone island. Just look for some thing u can pass your time doing...yahoo answers can b a nice choice!

Valentine's Day can be pretty depressing, but it's one of the only times of the year where you can see who is single very clearly. If you have someone you want to talk to, who doesn't appear to be with someone else on this day, this is a good time to make the move. If not, bury your head in the books and video games and make yourself appear very busy until it's all over! Everyone feels lonely without a Valentine, this is perfectly normal.

well, i have the same problem ! i dont have any gf and im turning 18 soon ! my life sux ! im in grade 12 so i should study so hard . i actually have no fun ! on fridays i work afterschool until late night ! on saturdays i work too for like 8 hours and when i come back home im soooo tired that i cant even sit on a chair ! then i only have sundays ! but i have to study on sundays ! English is my second language which makes everything worse ! i even cant talk to the girls whom i like ...
well maybe one day ...
just know that u r not the only person ! u will find an amazing gf oneday !

I am not in school but i am single and for the first time it was hard which was just last year. I was in a relationship with cortez for 5 years and in 2005 it was over. Valentines day was our anniversary so yeah it sucked.But I just spent the whole day rollin around stoppin at houses where I knew single dudes who was diggin me lived. It was fun and it made me feel good being flirty all day.

i know it feels wierd to be around couples especially during v day.
try not to feel bad. don't go looking for a gf just because it's valentines..though it hurts more if someone notices you alone and asks the stupid question of why you don't have a date. sucks big time.
enjoy the time for yourself. be confident! girls might be also searching for some guy who is single sometime this month.
open your eyes wider, someone might be a little bit more happy to see you/ and or wants to be with you. you may ask her out.

Get secure, who cares! I'm going to a Church singles Valentines Dance and Im looking forward to it. Not having a GF is not the end of the world, trust me. You could ask your parents if u could stay home from school if its going to be the end of the world for u.

Well, I do have a boyfriend, but let me tell you, it's worth the wait! Just think, someday, you'll be able to devote ALL of your emotions to a girl. Everyone else will have wasted all of their "firsts," i.e. first kiss, first boyfriend/girlfriend, etc. You'll have more to offer. Just relax on Valentines' day. It's fun just to hang out! You can even do something fun that might make your friends wish they were young and single, too.

Yeah i know how u feeling. Valentines day is filled with mushy-mushy stuff, &u feel so lonly watching the other peolpe &just wishing that that could be u.
Im tired of my Valentines day turning out the same each year. Its time to be proactive.-maybe I'll ask a guy out-LOL

Well I just broke up with mine and I thought about it but Im not sad. V-day is so commercalized anyway men dont think of it like women do we like men to buy us flowers,candy,just b/c they thought of us not b/c of the holiday. B/c they were thinking of us anyway sweetheart dont be sad your time will come and when it does your friends might not have you around them to remember what a true friend is for. But I do hope you are going to be bigger than that and remember how you felt.Why dont you buy a single rose for a girl your attracted to if you feel so sad. Good luck
